Recruitment Process
A Candidate's guide to the recruitment process with Curran + Associates
- Initial contact via web, phone or email
- 15-20min conversation is usually undertaken to understand needs and requirements
- If a suitable match is identified and mutually agreed then a more detailed interview is organised
- A 1 hour interview takes place to understand skills, experience and job motivation
- Potential opportunities are identified and approved prior to presentation to client organisation
- Method and regularity of communication is agreed moving forward
- On occasion, supporting documentation or background checks may be requested
- Reference checks are taken with prior approval
- Negotiation of job offer is facilitated including advice on negotiation process
- Post commencement, Curran will conduct regular follow up to assist with the transition into the new role
