- Commence candidate search
- Customised behavioural interview conducted with identified candidates
- Provide reports for short-listed candidates, with experience and expertise pre qualified
- Organise short-list interviews on client behalf
- Conduct reference checks on the preferred candidate. When required organise testing and/or background checks
- Guidance and support given to successful candidate throughout resignation and notice period
- Constructive feedback given to all unsuccessful candidates
- Candidate starts
- Adhere to a structured follow-up procedure after the appointment
- Replacement guarantee up to 3 months to ensure ongoing after care
- Regular follow up with client and candidate during the first 3-6 months of employment
